"Good oven that heats evenly"
I’ve been using this oven for a bit now, and overall it’s been good. It heats evenly, which has made baking and cooking easier for me. The only thing I’ve noticed is that it’s a little louder than I expected, but it’s not a huge issue.

"Super easy to order"

I ordered from monogram.com and Im impressed. The product feels really solid, and the stitching and finish look better than I expected. Ive had it for a few weeks now and it still looks brand new. Im really happy with it overall.

"Good concept, but the design feels a little off"
I liked the idea behind the site, and I can see what they were going for. Some pages actually looked clean, but then others felt cluttered and harder to follow, so that part was weird.
The colors and layout also felt kind of plain to me, like the whole thing could use a bit more polish. It’s not awful or unusable, just not the nicest site to browse around on.

"Torn because I usually love this brand"
I’ve been a loyal fan of this brand for a while, so I really wanted to love the smart features, but they’re kind of hit or miss. The app disconnects sometimes, which gets frustrating when you’re expecting everything to just work. I still like the product overall, but this part definitely makes me question sticking with them for smart stuff.
"Install went better than I expected"
Had my monogram range put in last week and it went prety smooth. The crew showed up within the time window and seemed like they knew exactly what they were doing, which was a big relief.
They checked the fit, cleaned up all the packing stuff, and walked me through the basics before they left. It did take a little longer than planned, but overall I’m really happy with how it all turned out.

We got a Monogram fridge recently and I’m really surprised by how quiet it is. Every now and then there’s just a light hum, but it’s not annoying at all. Our old fridge was way louder, so this has been a really nice upgrade. So far, I’m really happy with it

Our fridge is finally fixed, but wow, it felt like a whole journey getting there. The tech did get the job done, so credit where it’s due, but it took two visits and a lot of sitting around waiting like we were in the final act of a household drama. Phone support was okay, not terrible, but they weren’t super clear either, which made the whole thing feel more drawn out than it needed to be.

"Warranty support was helpful, but painfully slow"
They did eventually get back to me, and to be fair, the repair itself was handled okay. But the whole warranty process took weeks and I had to call way more times than I expected. I appreciate that they fixed it, but it felt like I had to keep chasing them the entire time.
